Dance Styles

American Ballroom

Usually found on the social floor, American ballroom encourages you to break frame with turns, dips, and side-by-side moves in Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Bolero, and Mambo.

Salsa & Bachata

Lose yourself in the music while your feet keep the beat in these flirty, fun dances. Both Salsa and Bachata help you connect with your partner and build your stamina, while learning fun and fast moves to leave you breathless.  

West Coast Swing

Sink into the beat and dance to the riffs in the music in this fun, slinky partner dance. West Coast Swing encourages you to work with your partner as you dance to the beat, the song, and play with your favorite parts of the music.

Heels

Whether you're comfortable in heels or are looking to gain confidence, join us for a beginner class on movement, flexibility, confidence, and balance. You'll build the muscles you need while learning fun, sexy combos along the way.

International Ballroom

Usually found on the competition floor, International ballroom encourages you to keep a closed frame while dancing Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, and Paso Doble.

Argentine Tango

Connect to your heartbeat in this beautiful, captivating dance. Focusing on your partner and how they move, Argentine Tango will help you better understand your partner, balance, movement, and lead and follow.  

Urban Kizomba

This rhythmic, intimate club dance gives dance partners playful ways to express to different rhythms and beats in the music. Originally from Angola and popularized in France, Urban Kizomba is the fusion of Kizomba and other types of dancing, from Tango to Hip-hop, and is often taught alongside Salsa, Bachata, and Zouk.

Whether you're preparing to wow your guests, to get comfortable on the dance floor, or to break in your new shoes, we can help you prepare. We'll choreograph to the song(s) of your choice and make sure you're comfortable for the big day!  

Ballet

Whether you're new to ballet or looking to strengthen your foundation, join us for a deep dive into the fundamentals of classical ballet with strength training, precise movements, and storytelling through movement. 

New Style Hustle

Also known as “New York” or “Latin Style”, this is a more free-form, modern style of the syncopated Hustle that offers new opportunities for expression. The fusion that New Style brings is inspired by various dances, from Hip-hop to Contemporary. Like the dance itself, the music it's danced to is wide-ranging, covering genres like Funk, Disco,  House, and Pop.
